Julie was well aware of the current market meta and was able to pinpoint and understand what Annie and I desired in a home. She put in the extra effort while juggling everything else, and it was noticeable. We understood we weren't her only clients but it felt as though she always found time to squeeze us into her schedule regardless of the type of questions or requests we had. We appreciate all the little things she did for us before and after the purchase and that is something to be proud of. For example, she added extra homes to look at when we only scheduled a certain amount because another home that fit our criteria popped up. She also helped us schedule roofers to fix what was recommended by the inspectors. Overall I would recommend Julie as an agent.
